Damn that's a lot of true freshmen starting. I hope your fanbase has a lot of patience with BB and understands he's still in the early construction stages of building that team. Did BB & staff go after any Juco's to help plug those holes?

I hope so too. He's definitely building it the right way. It's just not an overnight change.

We've got two juco's in this class. One that is already in the two deep at WR and the other could start on the OL. He won't be here until the summer however.

Jalen Tabor or Duke Dawson at one corner position - although both will play a lot.

Special teams seem locked down, no freshmen there.

The "B" position (sort of a hybrid TE/HB) in the UF offense may end up being DeAndre Goolsby but we won't know for sure until the first game.

UF has a lot of talent returning, and even though the 2014 class was really really good, I don't see many people breaking into the starting line up unless they are really special. There should be a lot of people that have an opportunity to contribute though. Especially on the offensive and defensive lines.

The slot may be up for grabs too. Lattroy Pittman and Valdez Showers have been getting all of the reps at the slot, but CJ Worton or Ryan Sousa might be able to take that position when they get to campus in the fall.

Cornelius was an EE...He was just more talented than anyone we had at the slot.

Bama fans should know Wallace all too well...He is a talent upgrade to what we have available on the OL. Pittman want's the 5 best guys...Cook might move from OT down to G or Wallace might get a shot at G as well. Ragnow will challenge. The talent we have coming in is better than what has held down those spots in the spring.

DT Jackson is a stud and should get minutes in place of JR Hodge.

Hedlund is a record setting K.

We did bring in one JUCO guy that will also challenge on the OL...but he won't be here till late June.

I don't see any way that Brian Wallace isn't starting by the middle of the season. I doubt he knock off Skipper or Cook at the tackle spots but I can definitely see him taking over LG. Pittman was already mentioning it in his end of spring talk with the media.

Another one to keep an eye out for it is JoJo Robinson. As of now, I imagine he'll be our punt returner and I can see him moving up the WR depth chart quickly once he gets in to the playbook. There's a good chance that three of our top 5 WR's this season are all newcomers.

A DB possibly (Wesley Green, DJ Smith) and maybe Chris Lammons as a KR.

You think Lammons is good enough to return kicks as a true freshman?

That would be interesting. Maybe by midseason, but I dunno if Spurrier is brave enough to do that with a true freshman right out of the chute. He's got too many other options.

Game 1 I would guess
WR Josh Malone
TE Daniel Helm
RT Coleman Thomas
CB Emmanuel Moseley
K Aaron Medley

TK, Hurd, Bates, Hendrix, Barnett, Sawyers, Gaulden, etc. could all start by season's end.

We will likely play 25+ true frosh.
