The casual fans doesn't know that those guys are one and dones. The casual fan tuned in because of the names paired together on the schedule.

bullshite. They tuned in because of Wiggins vs Parker.
They have played this same champions classic for 3 years now. The previous 2 didn't have nearly the amount pub going into it even though the names were all the same.

I think fan familiarity with and attachment to players is a big part of sports. It's hard for some fans to get attached to five new players / new stars each year.
Also, when the best players leave way before they approach their prime, you just aren't seeing the best basketball possible. A lot of these one and dones start hitting their stride the last couple of months and then they are gone from college basketball.
I think players should be able to do what they want, but I do think there are good arguments that it is hurts college basketball.
This sums up where I stand. Also, there are more and more player transfers every year.
The quality of product is less in both the NCAA and NBA because of this. For me, I don't get to see someone for 3-4 years, get to know them in college, and then follow their career in the NBA. So for me, it is detrimental to both NCAA and NBA.
I now prefer PGA golf ahead of both NCAA/NBA.

This shows you have no idea what you are talking about. The quality of the product in the NBA is near an all time high right now.

The minimum age requirement went in in 2006. Back in 1971 the US Supreme Court knocked out the four years out of high school rule because it was challenged by the Seattle Supersonics and Spencer Haywood, a Olympian and ABA rookie of the year.
Just looking at the NBA drafts since 2006, here's a list of SEC players that I saw were drafted by the NBA. This doesn't count the one-and-dones to Europe or wherever.
LSU:
Anthony Randolph (2008)
Kentucky:
John Wall (2010)
Boogie Cousins (2010)
Eric Bledsoe (2010)
Daniel Orton (2010)
Brandon Knight (2011)
Anthony Davis (2012)
Michael Kidd-Gilchrist (2012)
Marquis Teague (2012)
Archie Goodwin (2013)
Nerlens Noel (2013)
*Enes Kanter enrolled at Kentucky for his Freshman season, but never played.
Tennessee:
Tobias Harris (2011)
Florida:
Bradley Beal (2012)
Other note: In 2009, the SEC had no players drafted in the first round (Missouri had Demarre Carroll at 27) and only three in the whole draft (Jodie Meeks, Nick Calathes and Marcus Thornton). Patrick Beverley was drafted from his team in Ukraine.

I would not consider him a one-and done. He redshirted in 2005.

Noted. He's an interesting guy. Just reading about his pre-LSU career. Didn't realize that he didn't get a scholarship until a JUCO didn't make it? I guess he grew quite a bit that redshirt year?

Crazy stuff like that happens. Anthony Davis's best scholarship offer after his junior year was from Cleveland State, he had like an 8 inch growth spurt that summer and became the #1 player in the country.

The one-and-done trend has definitely made college basketball worse, but I still love watching it.
Bottom line is: NBA teams are going to continue to draft players mostly based on potential, which means it won't just be the dominant college freshmen who leave early. It will be most of the highly touted recruits who didn't lay an egg.
Also, it is pretty hard to improve your draft stock by staying another year. You have to get way, way better for your stock to actually go up. So much better that scouts start to think you have a higher ceiling, since draft stock isn't really based upon production.

Depends on the player really.

AAU is what is hurting the college game the most imo.

College basketball sucks now. You can't ruin something that's already shite.

Do they have to have gone to the NBA?

If I was a Wisconsin fan I'd hate basketball, too.
And football.

Really?
Noah coming out after his freshman year? Horford? Parsons? Speights? Prather?
