LSU is already starting for NEXT year NFL draft. Remember when they were going to have seven first round draft picks this year..absolute lock? Well, over on Tr the madness has already begun. Key will be number one draft pick in the world next year, and at least two others will be first round, maybe more.
I really think it is funny, LSU fan's delusions and myopia every single year. But doesn't it eventually get embarrassing to go 8-4, finish third or fourth in the SECwest, and then brag about draft picks?
Personally I wouldn't do it and I don't generally see fans of any other team do it much. Only LSU... and I say, "have at it corn dogs, if that floats your boat..." It keeps me entertained on the golf course with my LSU friends.

Key will be a top 10 pick if he gets double digit sacks next year. Derrius Guice will most likely be a first round pick, and somebody else will probably have a good year and be a first round pick. Maybe Chark or Toliver idk.. so it's not like it's just crazy.

Anything is possible, but every one of those players,Key, Guice, Toliver (who?), or Chark (you are kidding right?), have lots of questions before you can even imagine them first round.
But that isn't the point. My LSU friends have a habit of wild and progressive talent inflation... someone post off the wall, that the OL going to be "best in the SEC" or something. Within five minutes numerous posters are convinced that they were all 5-star recruits when in fact NONE of them were. And that illusion will last forever. How many times last year did some fan post the entire LSU secondary was "5-star." Did anyone besides me check that whopper?
It happens every year... talent inflation. Alabama fans on the other tend to deflate talent perception ... perhaps because they understand talent is a comparative commodity and they have see a lot, and they know more about other teams too.
I just enjoy the LSU euphoria every year, it is good for the game and this board... though I would think it would be terrible to be an big LSU fan (as opposed to being a little bit of an LSU fan such as moi).

Kevin Toliver. 5 star corner who hardly played last year due to injury but started as a true freshman. Most talented corner on our roster with ridiculous meaurables. He will be a first round pick if he has a good year. People have come to trust LSU defensive backs. And I saw not one, but two 2018 mock drafts (I know) that had Chark in the 2nd round. And that's a 2nd round grade already with him in our archaic offense. If he can reach his potential in a new offense, is it that crazy that he could move up a round? 3 first rounders from LSU next year isn't crazy whatsoever to say. Arden Key and Guice are locks. If bet we add one more to the first round.
