Oregon/OSU started I think at like 3:30 eastern on ABC that day (so say 3:35). SECCG started around 4:10 or 4:15 eastern. Civil War was over a bit early than AU/USC did. Oregon also had a much shorter return trip - it is only about an hour drive between the two campuses.

I bet those two extra hours will be crucial.
