So it sounds to me like, this Bruce Pearl guy is just about a 3/4 win better coach than a lower tier coach like Anthony Grant, Frank Heath etc.

To put into perspective, In Auburn's history we have 4 Sweet 16 appearances and one Elite 8 appearance.
We're no Kentucky. I'd be happy with just making the tourney every year.

what does this even mean?
Bruce Pearl has more NCAAT appearances than those two coaches combined

there are 8 NC winning head coaches in all of D1 basketball right now,
