When did Oxford become such an " Intimidating" place to play

Obviously, Alabama, A&M, and LSU are the toughest game on OM's schedule. I think IF OM were to beat one of those teams, it would be LSU. That isn't me predicting a win.

A lot hinges on the Vandy and Texas games IMO. After those matchups, we will have a good idea of how much success OM has down the stretch.

I say 7 for sure, with Ole Miss winning either the LSU game or the Texas game & losing the other.

As seen last year its always hard to win the Egg Bowl when you go on the road.

Both the beauty and the devastating thing about the egg bowl is someone has to win it. One Mississippi school is assured of winning. No one watches, but you guys tell us how it turned out.

What I am saying is that with the game being at Oxford, where Ole Miss fans will have LsU fans out numbered about 60 to 1 rather than playing at one of the toughest places in college football at death valley clearly is an advantage for Ole Miss. For you to think it doesn't make a difference clarifies how big of a dumbass you are.

Y'all are losing great players on both sides of the ball

This is the biggest misconception of the offseason. We lost more after 2010. We played 15 freshmen through the first 5 games last year. That's second only to Ohio State.

DLine is really the only question mark. DE is weak atm, but once our 2013 class gets here in the summer we can get a better idea where we stand.

We return the following

CB: Jalen Mills
CB: Jalen Collins
S: Craig Loston
LB: Taj Jones
LB: Lamin Barrow
DT: Freak

replacing Reid, who really had a very unimpressive year, is JR Ronald Martin. He has plenty of big game experience since he's played in just about every LSU game since arriving in 2011.

Replacing Minter will be tough, but right now DJ Welter seems to be the guy in the middle. We get back Welter and Tahj Jones after they missed all of last season due to being intelligible.

On offense we lost one makeshift LT, true LT, a WR that never lived up to potential, but was a great tiger none the less, and two RB's.

Replacing Faulk/Josh D is La el Collins. We get Dural back from injury finall so we have a legit 6'4 WR threat to stretch the field. Leslie should also get here in the fall.

LT: Collins
RT: Alexander/Hawkins
C: Porter/Pocic
LG: Williford
RG: Turner
RB : Blue, Hill, Hilliard , and Magee
WR: OBJ, Landry, Boone, Dural, Wright
QB: Mett

We are not hurting near what most you believe. We've rotated bodies more than any SEC team the past few years. They're experienced and ready.

This season? Somewhere between 7 and 9 games.

The following season I firmly believe that the West will be between LSU and Ole Miss. Just my opinion.

FWIW Ole Miss hasn't won in Starkville since Eli was playing QB. Just saying.

We have only fielded a team that should have beaten MS State at Starkville one time since then

OM will need to he a very good team to win 2 out of Vandy, Texas, Auburn, and State. We just don't beat AU in Auburn and State will be geared up so you never know. A very good team wins 7 with our schedule. My definition of very good is a top 20 team. Bottom line I will be very very happy with a 7 win regular season.

You got blown out by a shitty Texas team in Oxford. Did your fans ( the difference makers between winning and losing) NOT show up for this game?
