No disdain. The fact is LSU had 2 make it outright. Bama had zero.

This is great and all, but bama has still kicked lsu's arse for three straight years now. That's really all that matters

Well that's great and all, but this thread is about how many Pro Bowlers each team put in, not what the record is over the last 3 years. And to reference your claim, I would rather say that Alabama has "kicked LSU's arse" twice over the past 3 years. They squeaked out a victory on a last minute drive in another game and lost in a squeaker as well. But that being said, why do you set the measurement only over the last 3 years?

The fact is, the real insecurity is usually exhibited by Bama fans who have to constantly try and convince people of their supposed superiority through subtle posts like these and then attempt to mask it by feigning as though others have it out for them when they challenge the post in any way.

Because the all time series is even more unbalanced in Bama's favor.

You Bama fans need a lily pad to tinkle on? Sensitive? One of your own started the thread about the Pro Bowl. Facts aren't an attack on your school. They're just facts. Remain calm Gumps.

So the only options at detracting from the thread subject at hand for insecure Bama fans to beat their chests is to reference 3 years or the all time record? You do realize that is exactly making my point, right? Right. Thanks.

I believe Ole Miss and Tennessee tied with the most outright at 3.

Tennessee has 4...down from the 6 they had last year. UT also has more former players (5) in the Super Bowl than any other team...

This disdain for Bama players in the NFL on behalf of LSU fans is completely unreciprocated and I will never understand it.

Its not disdain, its just the truth. Why do you feel the need to blame LSU fans because this fact upsets you?

Not outright. Turns out you only had 2 outright. Patterson and Witten were alternates.

Ole Miss = Big 1?

Serious question ... how many of those were former SC high school players?

I know it was either last year or the year before when there were eight or nine players in the pro bowl who played their high school ball in SC.

Better question - how many SEC players are in the Pro Bowl this year?

Just looking at the replies, you could just about field an entire team with the SEC reps.
