Missouri advances to Super Regional. Will face winner of UCLA/San Diego St.

Missouri has now won 10 straight over Kansas. Tigers are 15-1 vs. Kansas under Ehren Earleywine

You have got to be the dumbest fricking Tennessee fan on the planet. Your lady Vols have only reached the WCWS 6 times with 0 titles while Alabama has reached 9 times with the very first title for the SEC. Hell even Florida has a title with the same number of appearances at Tennessee. T

Teams that have locked in their invites to the Super Regionals (all of these teams finished 3-0):

Florida - will play Kentucky
Kentucky - will play Florida
Missouri - will play either UCLA or SDSU
Alabama - will play either Oklahoma or Texas A&M

Teams that need to win one game out of two to advance:
Tennessee (2-0) - playing Utah (Up 2-0)
Auburn (2-0) - playing South Alabama (Up 6-4)

Teams that need to win one game out of one:
LSU (3-1) - beat ASU earlier today, forced game 7
UGA (3-1) - beat WKU earlier today, forced game 7 (currently beating WKU 5-0)

Teams that must win the next 2:
Texas A&M (2-1) - beat Lehigh to advance. Just started the first game against Oklahoma.

Teams that must win the next 3:
Mississippi State (1-1) - beat Weber St earlier, currently down 2-0 against Baylor. Winner will be in the loser's bracket against front runner La-Lafayette.

Teams already eliminated:
South Carolina (1-2)

In all honesty, I'm not sure anyone is playing hotter than Alabama. They won their regional by a combined score 28-1, while tossing a 2 two-hitters and 1 one-hitter.

LSU has stormed back after the ASU loss earlier.

Florida had an easy ride until today, not being really challenged but today was a fight. FAU had the Gator bats silent, but thankfully the Gator pitching has been great the past two games.

Kentucky doesn't seem to get enough respect, IMO. I think UK would have had a much better record in nearly any other conference.

Missouri was VERY close to having to play an elimination game despite having a pretty good lead over Kansas earlier, but they got out of a bases loaded jam with Kansas still down by 1, with the Tigers held on to win by.

Auburn has been in a battle with USA. Their catcher also got hurt in a plate collision - I hope she's okay.

I think UGA, LSU and Tennessee advance, I don't like A&M's chances though (but both LSU and UGA appear to be coming back from being on the elimination side, so hope is not lost). MSU is on life support.

Kentucky will have to play their "A" game in Gainesville to make it back to Okie City...tall task.

Mizzou should do well vs with either UCLA or SDSU. UK went out to UCLA last year in the Supers and took it to the Bruins to advanced.

Good luck to the SEC Teams, it is the best conference next to the Pac 12 as the best softball conference in the nation.

so you are saying Pac 12 is better than SEC. NOt sure that applies today. Maybe so a few years ago.

The Pac 12 teams have won historically the National Championships. Florida and Bama are the only SEC Teams to do so...hell, Zona has more then Florida and Bama combined. So yes, the Pac 12 is one of the best conference for softball.

I think the point is:
Historically, the PAC has been better.

This year, though, the SEC looks significantly stronger.
