The NCAA is a clown show.

That's all you need to know.

And yet Dez missed an entire year for lying about talking to Dion Sanders, even though his conversation with Dion wasn't even against the rules.

There is no making sense of it.

Hugh Freeze prayed on the matter for 7 days and 7 nights. Then he went to the NCAA and said that he would help this young man find the error of his ways and set him back on the path of righteousness. The NCAA was moved by his sincerity and the obvious Christian integrity in his eyes and had no choice but to allow Tunsil to play.

Deal with it.

If Tunsil got that, what do you think Tread, Conner, RN, Swag and the rest of the boys got?

So about $3,000.00 cash (that we know of) for Gurley and more cash for AJ (the we know of) all relatively minor.....your homer glasses are showing buddy.

Loaner car is the big issue. The "no interest loan" is a joke. That is a common practice for cars, furniture etc....(I didn't pay a dime for 3 months for my car....maybe I should be suspended). Staying at a friends house when you just beat the shite out of your stepfather....that is horrible. Lastly when in college did you ever pitch in to help a buddy to go spring break...I did.

"But got dayum Billy Wayne Turden Jr....that Tunsil is a cheating cheater and he told Richt to pound sand because he wouldn't pay him". Truth be told he told to beat it because he CHOKES more than a professional porn star sucking off Ron Jeremy

Seriously? Gurley was working w/ some slime-ball signing autographs for money and only got 4 games an knew the punishment much earlier that Tunsil. Why did UGA get off so light?

AJ sold his bowl jersey for $1000.

None of them knew until about 1-2 weeks were left on their suspension.

The butthurt in this thread is soooooo strong. It is giving me enough energy to get through a day of work. Probably won't need coffee at all today.

frick yeah Freeze, the entire coaching staff & Ross Bjork knew about all this. Who do you think facilitated it. All our players get similar treatment (how do you really think we get any kid to Oxford?). Also we cheat our asses off academically. Just ask ULL

Based mostly on whether the institution is willing to use attorneys.

It seems like UGA surrenders without a fight everytime the NCAA gestapo shows any glimmer of interest.

UGA also imposes ridiculous penalties on itself by suspending forever, etc.

Ok, thanks, it's hard to keep up here. Cheating is fine, emotion is not- I'll keep repeating it in my head and maybe it will stick.

Maybe UGA has good reason to avoid further investigations.

Glad I can help out. Don't know how I would find the strength to get out of bed in the morning if I felt compelled to cheer for Ole Miss, so... you're a better man than me
