I think this has been proven to be a legitimate question.
Alabama players and coaches didn’t seem to know how to react to not getting their customary assists from the officiating crew.

That game was the first on record where Bama not only did not get significant help from the refs (aside from the missed targeting on that dirty Bama player) but actually got some missed calls against them the way other SEC teams experience when playing Bama.

Thus the question: when unbiased, non corrupt refs are present, is Bama not nearly as good as we thought?

So did we have SEC refs in 2009, 2011, 2012, 2015, and 2017?

It’s a fair argument that Clemson got the benefit of the doubt in that game. Which is great because the bama ref whining is glorious. Buncha hypocritical babies

Slightly above average. If every SEC game was played with out of conference officials, I think between 6-6 and 8-4 would be a realistic record for them.

I called it before the CFP started that there would not be any targeting calls in the CFP games and I dont believe there were any. I saw 3-4 but no flags at all.

NCAA did not want that stain on the game that somebody's great player was ejected for a bullshite call...

Yes as a matter of fact y’all did.
Add a mulligan into that mix too along with not winning your division or conference into that mix also. Fckkng Gump

You are in the mind of the LSU ref conspiracy theorist. Your facts mean nothing here.

I'm guessing you missed those two drive killing PI non-calls Clemson got last night

I'll agree it seems they get the benefit of more than their share of calls, but it's magnified because they've been so good. If Vanderbilt gets those same calls nobody thinks anything about it.

Bottom line is, I've yet to see a game they won and you could argue they would have lost if not for the refs.

Five national championships good? Because sec officials aren’t calling Bama playoff games Einstein.

Probably about 7-5. Would’ve lost to Purdue in their bowl game. So just a little worse than auburn.

Its only the SEC refs job to make sure you get to the playoffs. After that you gotta perform. SEC refs are worth 7-10 pts for Bama on a regular season game.
