Dude had it made at Wisconsin with job security, but instead jumped into a dumpster fire and will be without a job.

dude has at least a 2 year contract and if fired wont be out of a job long. So not stupid. I assume he got a huge pay raise to take the lateral move.

The Head Hawg left Whisky because he could not be competitive in paying his assistants. Aranda has made out just fine so far, money & career wise. He's gotten more pub here then he ever did at Whisky.

LSU has some wierd clause that they only get 6 months salary if Les is fired. That is why Chef left.

The guys hired last year didn't get that clause, because Alleva was trying to help Miles get the best staff he could once he knew he was stuck with him. With Chief, he was trying to send a message to Miles that his runway was running out. He also went cheap on the budget to replace Chief. He opened up the checkbook this offseason after Miles was retained.
