Says the Bama fan whose team only beat Ole Miss by 5 points.

That doesn't make sense. Would you rephrase?

Still doesn't make sense.

I mean, they did just run up 638 yards of offense on a conference opponent.

I'll need more than one data point to establish a trend. Conference opponent in the loosest sense of the term.

New fire and system with this team. The talent was always there and now it will finally be able to get displayed.

Truthfully, it's hard to tell what this team will bring. If the OC doesn't become stagnant in his play calls and special teams approve especially the kickers the sky is the limit.

They can still run the ball effectively and Ole Miss doesn't necessarily have the defense up front to last with them for four quarters. Not to mention it being a home game (likely at night) and Arden Key is as good of a pass rusher as you can get.

I'm not saying LSU SHOULD win; I'm saying LSU can win.

They can, absolutely. I just need to see more than one game to be convinced there is a change for the better.

Close loss to Bama
Ole miss beats them by 17
A&m wins in ot

Honestly, after all is said and done, going back to all of the turmoil of the last year, 6-6 or 7-5 was about as good as u could do.

5-0 yeah that's right I said it. This is the same team that was picked to win it all fools. Only difference is we are now better at QB and coaching!

It's hilarious how people think we are just so so. Our defense has given up 4 TDs this year and is getting better and better every week.

Some of the same fools that said we will finally see what our defense does against a good offense in Missouri, yeah ok, lol.
