I’m a Dawg fan, first and foremost, but I think Kentucky could easily win this game..
The past 4 years UGA has only scored 30 points in the first half combined!
2019 - O points (Coley)
2020 - 7 points (Monken)
2021 - 14 points (Monken)
2022 - 9 points (Monken)
2023 - ?? points (Bobo)
With UGA’s slow starts this year, I don’t think it looks good.
That being said, UGA has just worn Kentucky down in the second half and pulled away. With all of the injuries across the board at UGA, they don’t have the depth to rotate and pull away for the victory.
Kirby says all the time that this is the MOST physical game they play every year, along with the importance of winning the line of scrimmage.. UGA is not as physical as they’ve been in the past, and I don’t think UGA has won the line of scrimmage consistently all year on either side of the ball!
I think some UGA fans are really worried about this game, and it’s showing in their comments.

Georgia is having a great run, but they are not a national brand. 2021 SECCG with Georgia and Alabama had 15 million viewers, 2022 SECG with Georgia but without Alabama had 10 million viewers.

Here's the rub, Kansas State beat TCU in a rematch in the Big 12 Championship Game.
Georgia won the Pick and Choose Rating Bowl over TCU 65 - 7
Bama beat the team ( Kansas State ) that beat down TCU in the Sugar Bowl 45-20.
Let's all hold hands on the cake walk to the championship for Georgia. Sheesh !
