Also I have never seen more fapping over a single 100 yard rushing game than Bama fans for Henry

We are fapping at the fact that he has the best high school stats in the history of high school football and then when he finally got a chance to carry the ball, he didn't disappoint.

Henry may be a 4.5 RB but he is hard to run down from behind. He seems to run as fast as he needs to.

Of course. 4.53 isn't slow.

By committee, with no clear pecking order.

I know plenty

I know even more about Cam Cameron's philosophy who will run the crap outta the ball if he doesn't like the early returns he is getting from the passing game.

LSU will have a good OL so LF will get his touches, just how many is my question

That was for Bucc's comment on LSU wearing down LF too soon.

I don't know if I'd say he played better competition. Henry was always bigger and faster than everyone trying to tackle him. Watching his HS tape, I had MAJOR concerns about his vision and moves, because he didn't show any. It looks
out of HS just because he had the best stats.

Name me one back that was ever worn down in LSU's system under Les.

None, but none of them have ever really shined either thanks to his running back by committee style. The closest thing has been Suck Punch Hill last year.

Well to be fair I don't think Les has had a RB as good and certainly not as heralded coming in as Fournette. Also under LSU he hasn't been in the situation of needing significant impact from a TF, but that I don't have an issue with because of how good LF is. And finally last year's LSU offense was pretty different in Cam's 1st year and it will have to look different again this year because Les/Cam/LSU doesn't have the QB or WRs they did last year

I'd say Hill, averaging over 7 YPC on over 200 carries, shined.

LSU wouldn't trade LF for Henry or any other back on Bama's roster.

Nor should they.

I don't think we'd trade ours either though. Well, maybe Tenpenny. He's a scrappy, tough back, but really seems like a one trick pony.

I don't have to tackle him, but if he was so good why did he not playing time until late in a bowl game when the outcome had been decided?

I have seen many great backs sit the bench at Bama their 1st and even 2nd year. It's frustrating some times. D Henry looks like he may get some quality time this year.

This is still a shitty thread.

Classy, doesn't this apply to LF too?

No LF is not 6'3". He has a lower center of gravity. If you go low he will leap over you duh
