The refs called us twice for holding, and we were in shock from that point forward.

It was the officiating.

Damn Amari beats entire teams by himself?

No, but he was the factor that pushed Bama past the only good team they have beaten so far in WVU.

Cooper had over 130 yards receiving in that game versus 22 in a 1-point win Arkansas and 93 in a 6 point loss to Ole Miss.

Shut down Cooper, and you pretty much shut down Bama's passing game.

They can run the ball but not as well as in years past.

They are good up front and in the middle on defense, but their secondary is middle of the pack this season.

If LSU's offensive line plays anywhere close to as well as it did against Ole Miss, and the offense keeps from turning the ball over, LSU wins. If those things happen AND the secondary shuts Cooper down, LSU wins handily.

No they didn't. Amari Cooper had 9 catches for 91 yards.

Semantics aside, less than 100 yards for Cooper is pretty big.

this is a year where transitive property comparisons cant be used
That's almost always the case, but this year moreso than others.

One good example: LSU beats the living snot out of Kentucky, and MooU did the same to LSU. Then Kentucky turns around and gives MooU their best game of the year to date the very next weekend

You definitely can't use LSU transitively, because LSU has improved more than any other team.

I love the confidence the Ole Miss game has given the Tigers. It will make winning on Saturday night in DV so much more enjoyable.

I didnt get a chance to see that game. I watched Bama play Tenn and of course OM against the Tigers. Im perplexed to say the least.
One team seems full of playmakers and the other not so much.

Same way we will beat Auburn and possibly MSU.

Home field advantage, as you saw in DV, is huge in the SEC. OM vs LSU on a neutral field, OM wins 95/100 of them.

There a lot of ifs in my post, dipshit.

This promises to be a good game either way, but yeah I feel a lot more confident about an LSU win than I did 3 weeks ago. Almost everybody does except for maybe you.

So does the neutral field mean LSU turns the ball 8 times instead of 4, or does it somehow mean that both ole miss lines become different players and do not get dominated all night?

It means our QB isn't scrambling to relay the play to the OL and hike the ball before getting delay of game every play.

Bama is overrated. OM is just the only team they've played.

There's another team in the league with a red A that has already patented that excuse.

I like how prior to the game home field advantage was the reason they thought they were going to win. Once they win, home field advantage had nothing to do with it.

I'm not sure there exist a scenario here LSU "wins handily"

You are coming off your best game of the year and scored 10 points. We are probably even with AU and MSU this year, who beat you handily. I like our chances.

Bama lost because of 4th quarter mistakes made too late to recover from.

Auburn got blown out pretty much because of 1st quarter mistakes that they did recover from and yet still couldn't score enough.

Why people are alibiing for Auburn the way they lost and blasting Bama for the way they lost is quite odd.

I like how you go from getting dominated along the line and being lucky to be in the game on the road to winning 95% of the games on a neutral field.

I guess it was too loud when we were on offense for your defensive linemen to get off a block.

Unfortunately a lot of folks will be still be saying that after we beat LSU. But that talk will end when we beat MSU in 3 weeks. That's when we retake our position as king of the hill.
