What’s it gonna be dawg fans? Will Kirby beat DeBoer? Will DeBoer pull off the unthinkable? I’ll hang up and listen….

The only thing that DeBoer could do which would be unthinkable is have Alabama winless when UGA comes to town and having Alabama lose by 4 TDS against the Dawgs. DeBoer winning the game is not unthinkable, DeBoer winning it close or losing it close is not unthinkable. DeBoer winning it by a bunch is not unthinkable....the only thing no one would think of is Alabama being absolutely horrible and not even showing up.

As for the game itself nothing has changed. Two talented teams will play in a tough, close game. One will win. The other will lose.

Who's side are you on dude? No, it didn't happen over night. By own them now. Spurrier was in our heads.

Likely both teams are undefeated and both teams are confident

I agree…..just wanted to see how dawgnation viewed it. To read some of the posts from other fans….beating Georgia would be unthinkable in lieu of the state of our program….haha!

saban will have been gone like 8 months by game time. Some people are acting like 8 years.

The fact that you go to this length of hyperbole shows you aren't "simply asking". A team with a top 3 most loaded roster in the sport playing at home at night beating a team they've whipped up on for decades isn't "unthinkable" by any stretch. What you really want is for UGA fans to say "no saban, now we can't lose! Dawgs by a hundred!" then when bama wins you can pretend it was the upset of the century and act like it was david vs goliath. Kinda sad honestly.

Not really….that kind of talk is reserved for the LSU and Aubie’s who are always overconfident (LSU in football and Auburn in basketball). I haven’t seen any dawgs that are cocky….

Sankey promised Josh Heupel that he would clean up the SEC officiating bias.

I'm not holding my breath.

Sarcasm isn't your friend today. He was saying that Georgia fans should be concerned with who our QB is going into 2024 and I was responding by showing that idiot that our QB is the preseason favorite to win the Heisman.

It's that freaking A. It's small and I didn't have my reading glasses on.

, I told some UGA fans back when Spurrier left UF, "He was in our heads, now we'll own Florida". The rest is histor

You realize we still lost the next two games against UF (to ron friggin zook of all people when we had MUCH better squads) and 4 of the next 5? Didn't do a whole lot better once urban got there either.

It's all subjective, but I think that Florida had complete mind control over Georgia until Urban Meyer left. Meyer's last Florida team was dog shite and they started a tight end at quarterback and still beat us. Florida's mind control began to wane after Meyer left, but it didn't comletely leave until Kirby started kicking arse in his second year and completely kicked the motherfricking door down!!!

I’m hoping that Jalen flourishes under our new QB gurus. I’m optimistic that the offense will be rolling by the Georgia game. I know Georgia will be the favorite but maybe we can hang with them…. defensively is more of a concern. I’m interested to see how CKD’s defense stacks up to what we have had recently….

How did that work out during the Urban Meyer years?

I am wondering what SEC officiating is going to look like now that Saban is no longer on the sideline.

It's in my storage unit for safekeeping right now. I might post a screengrab closer to the date of the game.

They were extremely confident before the past two SEC championships vs Bama as well. Didn't seem to matter very much.
