Horrible after #BLM took it over. No white coach will take that job unless it is a huge raise or step up in program for him.

Word on the street is Richt did not want an East job. He did not want to play against guys he recruited, he did not want to go to Athens as the bad guy.

From what I know about Richt, I believe this.

Better recruits in area, nice weather, easier to win in ACC compared to SEC. I'd take Miami all day any day over Mizzou. Wouldn't be hard to rebuild that damn program with all that talent in Florida.... could have Miami competing in ACC title game in 2-3yrs.

The U has struggled as of late, but even with that struggle they are better brand name of football.

no brainer for richt. Things just got a lot tougher for FSU.

He doesn't have the pressure as we would in the SEC and he doesn't have to play GA.

Did anyone actually believe Richt was ever going to Mizzou in the first place?

I thought his choices were UVA, Miami, or USCe.

You do know that Richt is a Miami alum right? Backup for Jim Kelly at the U?

You knew that before you started this thread, right?
