Meh. It's not a big deal for the power conferences. I doubt any SEC "regular season" champion has been left out of the NCAA tournament since they got rid of the stupid 1 team per conference rule after 1974.

Non power 5 conference however, it would suck to not get a bid because of one bad game after owning the league all season long.

Think I'd still rather play on Wed and still be in the Tournament then to lose the first game on Thursday.
