That is the biggest debate/complaint on texags; whether or not the south endzone will get covered by facade/banners.

They need to do something with the south. They covered the erector set on the new side but the south end looks like Neyland before it's makeup was put on.

I am with holding judgement until its done, but if it stays as is then yes I have complaints. The angle of the steel for the upper deck makes it very very very unlikely there will be brick exterior. There was so little room to build the endzone stands once we moved the field 18' south. I really wish they would/could find a way to tie it in better with the rest of the stadium. That said maybe the Bright complex explands and covers more of it up or maybe they do something nice with banners & other graphics.

I remember seeing something on the thread they have going on over on Texags about the south endzone. If I remember correctly, at some point, Bright will be expanded with new cladding to match Kyle, but that picture promptly got deleted. Everyone's been mum about the exterior of the south EZ. Honestly, I am alright with it now, as Bright partially covers it already, and we are in the process of getting a major upgrade from where we were.

This is where I'm at as well. But then again I was never much of a snob about concrete vs. erector set vs. cladding.
I'm just damn glad we don't have bleachers there anymore

I ventured over there and it seems pretty slow. Maybe your recruiting effort will help out.
