Nutt has money to burn. Even if he doesn't win one thin dime from Ole Miss, and I am fairly certain he'll at least get his attorney fees covered, he got to watch them twist in the wind while he uses them as a pinata.

With the lawyers Nutt has assembled Ole Miss better be praying all they have to do is pay Nutt out the arse. Vitter and Bjork are dead men walking right now but there might be one or two bigger fish than them that Nutt is after is the feeling I get.

Does being the spearhead in charge of hiring Freeze constitute working for Ole Miss? Perhaps Nutt doesn't want money from these bigger fish more than he wants major stink put on them since they are so eagerly doing the same to him. Perhaps one of these fish plays in the NFL right now at the QB position. i am just guessing though. Oh and the Taco Bell boy too. This is why Ole Miss is willing to live in the toilet for eternity to try to save their school "heroes". Again just guessing tho.

Ohh.. Nah. He wouldn't do anything like that. I'd sooner believe that Freeze was personally driving hookers to recruits doors, cleaning up after them and then driving them home than Archie had something to do with all this mess.
Of course, he was on the committee.... did he resign or just not continue for another year? I can't remember.
At this point, I can say that I don't care as much as I did. I like to defend them just for the heck of it. NOTHING would surprise me anymore, though.
If that makes any sense at all.

Have you seen those lawyers? They have a counterterrorism agent, a FOIA and First Amendment Expert, and the top lawyer in Arkansas who has represented Walmart and Top policial figures in the state.
Not only will they be able to prove it, they'll find other things as well. That's why everyone is saying Ole Miss needs to settle, but they are acting childish as usual. It's not going to get pretty for Ole Miss the longer it drags out. With that group ole Miss will be lucky to keep the University open.
