He even coached against that team in 2002 (I think).

Nutt was the coach for Boise's last losing season.

Hell, Dan Hawkins did not even do that at Boise

Boise fans had less than favorable things to say about him when he left. One of their players at the time was quoted in our local paper as saying that he was "nothing but a used car salesman."

Nice evaluation of coaching.

They get so tired of hearing his innuendos and declarations re: "how fortunate they are to have him" that the program becomes obsessed with proving his mediocre, condescending arse wrong.

In all honesty he was a good hire for Ole Miss where they were at the time and gave them two good seasons.

He was a good hire for the short run. I seriously doubt he still coaches at Ole Miss in three years.

Ross, I agree. It's been a shot in the arm for their program. He was during the first 2 years with us as well. That's the way it is with nutts ..."there's only two!"

I wish we would have been as lucky as Boise and had someone take him off our hands after just a season...

he's not going to last past 2011. Ole Miss boosters aren't going to be able to handle three staight losses to MSU. that hasn't happened in decades.

I think he's kinda coasting. This past season got things rollin' ...one more screwup turned sideways, and he's done. For OM sake, I hope we're right.

Jesus Christ. Look at the name in the title of this thread. Now look at the majority of posters in this thread. Un-fricking-believable...
