The reason the ref didn't call it was because he signaled TD before he crossed the line. Honey Badger look up and saw the signal and handed the ref the ball.

i was already hammered by this time but i really dont remember it crossing the goal line. I could have sworn it went toward the official as he threw his hands up and never actually crossed the goal line.

I do question why every time there is a clock issue, lsu goes on a big run?

If they ruled it a fumble, yes, but they were saying it would of been an illegal forward pass, take off the yardage from the 1 and it's 1st down for LSU.
