Trusting Freeze was his first mistake. He hasn't enrolled yet and no way would I show up to play for Freeze.

When sanctions are handed down, current players have the option of transferring without having to sit out a year. Most usually stick around, but there are always at least a few, mostly freshmen and sophomores, that decide to transfer.
Unless that rule was changed in recent years.
