Say Alabama decided to play their entire 2nd string (both offense and defense) for the whole game.

What's the line on this game?

I'm thinking something like Bama -4.

You have to remember Auburn is also slightly banged up themselves.

We're talking legitimately didn't play their starting 22 for the whole game?... So basically 63ish scholarship players, none of which are good enough to start?

Auburn -6.5

Who even is Bama's backup QB with Barnett gone? Bateman?

The vast majority of Alabama's backups are starters at most programs around the country, I hope you realize.

This is by far the biggest drop off from 1/2 for Bama.

Bateman is pretty bad.

We're starting Cooper Bateman and our second string OL along with all those defensive players (specifically the secondary) who kept making Saban have near heart attacks in every blowout they come in to?

We'd probably lose.

Auburn's defensive line would absolutely dominate against the second string line.

I swear it would really happen though.

Every QB turns into Peyton Manning against us and every WR turns into Jerry Rice

It can be a complete shite QB and we can have near perfect coverage, but suddenly these guys are dropping dimes 30+ yards or their WRs bail them out with insane one-handed acrobatic sportscenter top 10 catches.

Probably better off beating auburn and resting guys against Tennessee. Even though you get 4 weeks rest before the playoffs

Alabama's incoming recruiting class vs the Cleveland browns in quidditch.

Who you got?
