Honest assessment after 2 games? LSU's defense has big problems, and BK may be in the market for a new DC after this year too.

Too many OL and secondary issues to be competitive in a few conference games. We MIGHT win 7 more games but probably more like 6. Could improve but doubtful. Here is Jimbos quote this morning:

"D.J. (Durkin) is a very good coach that does a good job and knows what he's doing."

I don’t expect him to throw his DC under the bus in a press conference, but it doesn’t appear we are going to have any coaching reassignments this year.

The dilution continues but the worm has turned (hopefully) with a lot of fans who are done with him.

Nobody really knows much after just two weeks.

We look like total shite on offense so far this year.

We don't look like total shite on defense so far this year.

No idea why this got downvotes. Good info.

People probably took it as “Georgia good” but it didn’t seem that way to me.

Spencer Rattler is having a good start, looks mature particularly behind what might be the worst OL in the SEC.

We are A$S on offense.

Maybe we found a LB.

We have problems and they may be big, but it unrealistic for us to lose that much senior type leadership in our defense and people expect not to lose a beat.

Smith is needed to play back into shape. We have rookie corners that need reps. We have some experienced corners that should not be playing in the SEC. Our linebackers are young and its just going to be a work in progress on the defensive side.

The Offense is not as bad as people are letting on, it will get better.

At this point, a good QB is going to score 45 on LSU's secondary. Let see if that changes.

UGA is using a tailback that is about 3 and a half feet tall and the offensive line seems confused at times...other than that Dawgs look the part. I can't explain why we have a 3 foot tall tailback but we do...and for a 3 foot tall tailback he ain't horrible. I think Kirbs is kind of like the main character in God's Little Acre was about an albino....Stetson Bennett has lead Kirby to need a walk on midget on every team and one that actually contributes something other than the normal comic relief one would expect from a 3 foot tall tail back carrying the ball in a SEC stadium....

Dawgs' run game is still a work in progress. We've had several key injuries that have us getting creative in the rushing attack. One of the WRs running for a TD, RBs catching TD passes. Dogs and cats living together. Mass hysteria.

ETA - For much of the hand-wringing by some of the fan base about the offense, we scored 45 in a game where Bowers had 1 reception for 3 yards and McHonkey is still nursing a back injury and didn't play out of precaution. Dawg O is going to be fine.

The required walk on of less than normal stature height wise is as good a midegt tail back as you are going to find in Power 5 College Football. He is by far the best midget at any position in the SEC or any other conference for that matter...

Seriously, Alabama fans think they have QB issues??? One look in the backfield at UGA and all qualms about milroe will pale in comparison to seeing a 30 inch tall tailback taking snaps in meaningful possessions before the thing is decided...

The defense is playing significantly better. The run game is looking as one would expect from heupel. Milton looks frustrated. The WRs have a very bad case of the drops.

We look slow, small, and disorganized.

"Murder-ball" is something Kansas State will do to us this weekend. Sad, but so.

We need to score a lot of points in the early games until the D figures out what they are doing. That includes the the players and DC.

If we can get our top 2 WR and TE healthy, our offense will be legit. Oline is worrisome, but getting our big TE back next week should help some.

Defense has held it together and made some great adjustments. Still not there yet IMO

Lane needs to go the stark rout and call plays. Weis Jr s terrible.
