Prayers out for the player and his family and teammates.
An ex girlfriend of mine had epilepsy when we were in high school and because of it she couldn't drive or play any kind of sports because if anything hit her head with any force she had one; and lights triggered them. That shite is scary af.

My ex a few years back had a seizure in my room. We were just watching tv and all of the sudden she fell to the floor. Was some scary shite. Luckily we had talked about it before so I sort of knew what and what not to do.

For instance, NEVER stick your fingers in their mouth. They aren't swallowing their tongue. They will bite your fingers right off.

I had to look up on google what to do because she was actually in the middle of telling me she had epilepsy when she had one. It was our first date.

Classless man. I hate Ole Miss and give their fans grief as much as I can but come on, this is not funny.

That kid has a family and just because he chose a different school, well, I draw the line here. Hope the kid is ok. Anyone making fun of it because he is a Ole Miss player is truly heartless and gutless.

Good lord, he wasn't making fun of the situation or wishing the guy any ill-harm, only lightening up a serious situation.

You always go limp after a seizure. It's called the post ictal phase. Aside from the constant and severe tension it places on the body there are also vascular changes in your brain's circulation, the symptoms of which can mimic strokes. The good news is within a few hours these typically resolve. Seizures are also easily treatable in most cases.

Either way, prayers for the kid and his family.

I've had 2. I have no recollection of anything happening during them but I can remember the moments leading up to it and then suddenly regaining consciousness. I'm pretty fortunate as I'm completely fine now and have no issues that came from them. Both times the people who witnessed them said it was the scariest thing they've seen.
