How can anyone disagree that our defense looked vulnerable in game one? Of course they did.
The defense is looking solid now, and will look better each week. The one concern is the db's still never look back for the ball and we get burned by that every game. But anyone looking at the WVU game and expecting that to be the defense they face when they play Bama is probably going to be a little disappointed.

How does "We already played two good defenses this season in Alabama and Maryland" equate to "not impressed with Bama Defense"?

Seems reasonable to me...from what I've seen from the end of last season through this season thus far, I can't argue much with anything Holgorsen said...don't know if I'd say OU had a "damn good" defense last year, but this year they sure appear that way...

Trying to put Maryland and Alabama in the same category was dumb. I know WV scored 23(16 offensive) against our D and 40(? Offensive) against the Maryland D.

Too early to make any valid comparisons for me, but both defenses have some outstanding players. I'm going to go out on a limb here and say Bama and Oklahoma will both have better defenses than the Terps when we review this season
