Holding late-season tournaments are perfect for the North.

I have lived there (Ohio and Iowa) for 12 years, and there is nothing like a Northern-Like Spring for the culmination of our "wrap-up" Sports to take part in. The weather in the South is just too unpredictable this time of year.

They (North) are always bitching about having to play Bowl Games in the South in December and January.

Well, that is perfect Bowl Game weather you Northern imbeciles.

I think it would be great to play all Spring Championships in the North during their "Spring" (May and June)...(which is basically just "flooded and unbearably humid" for the rest of the South).

Fair is fair.

We all win that way.

Just an honest observation, hoping for some more honest, and respectful, opinions.

You obviously haven't spent any time on the west coast.

Or just hold all Championships in Southern California

Why go to San Diego when you can do something in Toledo or Youngstown?

I HAVE never been to the West Coast.

Good analysis.

Would you care to intrique the rest of us with your expertise?

Why would games be better in that regard?

My question was more of a South/North analysis during "Winter" Sports.

Just add some more structure in your argument.

I would love to hear it.

Better weather, more things to do, better scenery. West coast beats the frick out of the north and south 358 days of the year.

I am not random at all.

What if Bama had to play in Minnesota during a January snow-storm for the National Championship?

You guys would bitch endlessly about "having" the disadvantage."

...all because you guys didn't play in games when it was 40 degrees and FREEZING when Ohio State and Michigan played.....earlier in the season.

Fair is fair.

Just give the best weather to the best region.

Spring is way better in the North.

Winter is better suited for the South.

Get over yourselves.

New York is awesome in Central Park.

Think of the possibilities now that Basketball has finally gone.

Boston amd New York beg to differ.

Better Spring/Summer Cities...

and the SEC would kill it in Camps/Tourneys.

The West only has itself.

You "ARE" the Pac-12 and nothing else.

Just too far away.

We can't even watch your games on normal television.

Spend a week in San Diego or Seattle and get back to me.

I don't live out there, unfortunately. And my team is in the SEC, so you can knock off the "you" and "your" stuff.

I would take California, Colorado or Washington state over anything the Northeast offers

Big cities with unbelievable rural settings close by
Nothing in the Northeast can compare
The Bay Area and Seattle blows anything in the North away outside of NYC

Seeing Mt Rainer floating on the horizon is enough for someone from places like Louisiana or Mississippi where an anthill is considered a mountain to not want to return
