For some dumb reason I’m looking to make the trip to watch LSU get their arse kicked by the hogs. But I’ve been trying to make as many stadiums throughout the SEC as I can this year. I know you’re allowed to cooler in the Hogpen are you also allowed lawn chairs and is it first come first serve seating

Make sure not to steal the seats that a certain group always gets on the front row or else they’ll spend the rest of the month complaining about your audacity on Twitter. I really don’t want to see it again this season.

Is there a cooler size requirement I went to Starkville and they had a box you were supposed to place your cooler it to see if it was right size. Never made me do it they were pretty lax. Is the Pen like that? Also can I just pack my whole cooler for a beer of leave a few decoy drinks on top?

First come first serve. Pretty sure fans will be camping out starting on Thursday. Cooler, chairs and good luck finding a ticket. Third party tickets will be expensive af, even for shitty LSU.

First come first serve. Take whatever folding chair you can carry.

No cooler requirement. Yeti on wheels type is fine. Take some solo cups for beverages. Don’t take any glass bottles. Enjoy.

Warning: I’d expect you’ll be treated fine, but remember this is the student/frat/drunk area of Baum. There are always dumbasses no matter the fan base. Especially in later innings.

You'll enjoy the atmosphere. It's damn hard to top Baum when there's a good series in town.

I promise you won't get piss ballooned while at the game. Enjoy and spend plenty of money while in our great state.

Spring really won't have fully sprung up here in the mountains but I still suggest you get out and see the area while you are up here. There is a lot of beautiful scenery up in the hills.

People will suggest Dickson St. and it is great, but NW Arkansas as a whole is a foodies paradise. Lots of great places to eat in the area. If you like craft beer there is no great shortage of local breweries as well.

If you feel real adventurous I think Bottom's Up is still open. Come for the fully nude dancers, leave because of the clientele dealing drugs in the corner. Experience pure Ozark sleaze!

Most of all I hope you enjoy yourself. Fayetteville is a great place to visit and an even better place to live.

This is good advice. OP needs to ask for the Slick Willy special if he visits said fine establishment.

If the dancer whips out some lube, just enjoy it. If a dude walks in, you run, and I mean fricking run for the hills!

I can't be held liable for whatever happens there.

No, please do actually. They seem to think they own the place. They need. Reality check.

I've been in the Hog Pen several times wearing my Purple & Gold. I've cheered my Tigers and never have had a problem with the Hog fans. I don't go in there looking for trouble, but I stay alert in case I might run into a dumbass.

I also don't try to get on the front rail. I'm usually back on the first or second terrace level. I'll be there for Thursday night's game.

I don't think they will let you walk further into Baum with one of the beers that you've brought in your cooler. You'll have to chug it before you leave the Hog Pen area to walk around the stadium.

I've sat in the Hog pen plenty and it's a good time. There will be a mix of students/frat boys and families with their kids running around. I've never noticed opposing fans being treated badly. In fact, seen many offered some barbecue or beers.

You actually can walk around the stadium with your beer in a coozie if you get the metal bottles since glass is not allowed. I've never been asked about it doing so.
