Because their coach is a douche and they had 45 seniors on their team last year. Couldnt even win in Omaha with the loaded roster they have had the last 2 years. Flash in the pan. When else have they been relevant in anything since Payton Manning was there?

Well, they've never had a sniff of success in baseball so they didn't know how to act. They had a decent regular season for sure, but nothing to gloat about.
They are now finding out that baseball is hard and it's really sinking in. They are embarrassed due to the nature of the shitposting they did prior to the season. shite if it were me, I wouldn't post again out of pure agony. 1-4 on series this year? Yikes.

If every team had 30/40 kids as seniors or Covid seniors, they’d be as good, yet not as cocky as Tennessee. Everyone else jabs and chirps, but they take after their ring leader. I would take Mingione all day, every day, and twice on sundays over overpaid Vitello.

Also I went to the super against Tennessee 2 years ago, I’ve got 7 videos of Tennessee fans hollering obscenities, throwing stuff, and flipping off LSU fans and players. I’ll take FU P$$Y FU yelling freshman… Over adults throwing concessions at a bunch of 19yr olds.
People talk shite about lsu and Florida fans, but Tennessee were the worst I’ve ever seen and the only SEC school I’ve never been to in fb or bb is Mizzou. That’s big boxers to fill, and Rocky Top has nothing to show for anything. They can fill their gay arse panties and stuff them with paper towels and Daddy hats and enjoy 2 years of relevance.
OM, Ark, FLA, MSST, LSU are the only constantly competitive SEC teams in cbsb, and Tennessee will NEVER be in that echelon. No matter what Ferrari driving gay arse Vitello does. Sorry, daddy!

I haven't been to any away games yet for baseball or football. I've been to my fair share of home games for sure but I was a bit younger. I can't recall my experiences with Tenn, but seeing them on TV and hearing all the horror stories for sure make it seem like a nightmare. Tiger Stadium is supposed to be a place where no one is welcome for the opponent. Yelling tigerbait and all the fun light banter is all in good fun, then come have a beer or 2. Some people take it to the extreme as all fan bases have those people. Florida and bama fans are the worst in my eyes through my experiences.
Hopefully now that Tennessee has been humbled by the sport maybe their fans will stfu and realize.

Yeah I fcked ip! Sorry! Tim Corbin is my most respected CBB coach over the last 8 years. I got so annoyed with TAMU acting like they can compete with the 6 of the blue bloods that I forgot to include them.
I’m sorry Vandy. You and coach Corbin are fantastic and I love when you come to BR. Only teams in 3 years have bothered me and other fans were UT, MSST and OM last year. They were just unbearablE and super successful. I’ll applaud them all I can bc I respect good baseball.

No, you’re totally right, I totally was focusing on SEC W. But Vandy is most definitely a blue blood!! I love Tim
Corbin and his stretches in the outfield. My favorite conference coach aside from Jay. He’s phenomenal. I can’t say that about anyone else in the league. Arky is right on the edge.
Thanks for calling Vandy to my attention. I had a biopsy come back yesterday and I’m not doing too well, but trying to keep it light on this board. I don’t wanna die without having light hearted banter between schools, in good fun.
I know none of y’all care, but in December I was given 6 months to live. I’m at 5. As much head butting as we do, having these convos with y’all makes the outlook so much better. Idk how long I have but thanks you for making me smile. I’ve gotten 1/3 games in this hospital and got the others on mu phone. I can’t wait to attend a game healthy and in remission! I know it’s really ambitions but I believe in god and healing and no finality, but fighting!

Thank you. I have 6 treatment to go. I don’t really care what people say about me because when I’m gone it won’t matter and I want to enjoy it while I’m here.
I never had the intention on getting metastatic melanoma that spread to my liver and lungs at 35. I don’t smoke, vape, or anything but I ended up with lung cancer.
Y’all stay healthy and I’ll refrain from posting when I’m hanging out with Jack and Jim. This has been hard for me to swallow. I want to be here to watch this new era of amazing college ball. I hope the treatment works; and I’m sorry for offending anyone.
But if you make fun of someone with cancer; you deserve everything that comes at you. We may have a difference of opinion but it no use in calling me a worthless piece of shite. It doesn’t hurt me; but it shows how uou act to a feeble teammate that’s just barely scratching by.
If anyone thinks I asked for cancer you’re out of your damn minds.
If you want to make fun of me for dying, congrats; you win. I don’t have the energy to fight it right now. So go ahead. Mock ahead, act fools, idc I just want to be here for next years openingnpitch.
(Also if you mock someone for having cancer, you should face the consequences that we do)

If one of your teammates died from cancer, how would it make you feel? Bc they gave me less than a year to live and I am on the #1 team in the country.
So I watch and I cheer and I’m as receptive as I can be for him.
Y’all make fun of my opinion, hur I’ll make sure whomever makes fun of me having terminal cancer, meets their maker (chicken).
Y’all are big boys til this shite happens then you become guardians of the galaxy. You should have been guarding your teammates, but you didn’t.
It’s sad as shite but I wrote my obituary today. I hope to god none of you have to plan to Meet your Maker as I have. Honestly I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy…

Those 5 years of Vandy dominance was a sight and a blessing to see. Kumar and Jack reminded me of Cole/Bauer at UCLA. But you have executed much better! Those finishes are nothing to be upset about, they’re great finishes for a very successful perennial powerhouse. Y’all always find a way. Godspeed!
