I figured it was more of a "man in charge" decision, versus a decision made by his friends and teammates. Of course they weren't going to vote him off the team.

He had to wait till the legal process was complete. That's the way Coach Miles has always handled this type of situation.
It's a shame he's becoming an expert but...such is CFB.

Cause Les Miles knew the right thing would be to suspend him, but if he let the team vote...he knew that a bunch of other punk bitches would vote for him to come back. Its his way of getting Hill back, without getting shite on.
