Yes, call me crazy, but I think the quality of the curriculum taught has a strong correlation with teacher/student quality.

An 18 ACT score is associated with an IQ score of less than 100. That means a 16 ACT is a person with literally below average intelligence...or an Ole Miss grad.

If you are as intelligent as you think you are you would be able to explain why the minimal scores are set where they are at for EVERY State supported institution of higher learning in Mississippi.
