Well if you're not scared then I'm okay with you're being stupid, cause you won't see that massive LSU freight train coming your way.

So you think any single team fanatic who posts here would be "scared" as a result of several farewell tweets?
More to the point, if they were scared (ha), that matters why?

As for the recruiting claims ... I agree that relationships are important.
But you'll have to forgive me for snickering at your claims to be targeting said audience here.

They were ready to dive off of a cliff last night. Now they've done a complete 180 because of a positional coach. It's unbelievable really.

I actually find the entire about-face to be fascinating.

Relationships are very important. And I'm targeting this SEC audience because of all the negativity in your posts.

The fact that this audience was stupid enough to downvote the OP, proves you are chumps.

About as good as you scoring again on our D.....before we actually jelled, sure.

Does it really matter?

Just guessing ... but I'd bet that this audience chose to downvote the OP, not b/c they're stupid, but b/c the content had zero relevance to anyone who isn't an LSU student/grad/fan.

Dude, do you realize what board you're on? and I doubt the tweets in themselves will "scare" the SEC.

I mean, would they scare you if a fan of another team posted this? I highly doubt it. Just tweets from former players congratulating their old coach.

Is this going to be different than the Cam hire? After that hire LSU was going to rule the SEC.

Orgeron is a character and it's difficult not to like him when you meet him (he spoke at UT's QB Club recently and despite the shite he pulled when he and Kiffin bailed, most enjoyed his speech and having him at the event).

He's liked well enough among his players but he plays in the shady areas of recruiting, the real shady ones, and crosses over quite a bit. That's been his bane as an assistant. But he's hardly a bad coach.

I wonder what former Ole Miss players have to say about O.

Props to LSU for Coach O -- its a natural. If he can stay within the lines, it is a homerun hire.

You have to be the bigget dumb arse I have seen post on this site. I believe Les
has made two excellent moves and you will see results very quickly. Anyone who knows football and takes a honest look at both of these coaches will say it was a great move.

I do not think they have thought that far ahead but who knows. Some coaches are better as assistants. However, he did a great job as interim at USC. I don't count his time at ole Piss, it was tough then to recruit players there. It has been a little easier as of late.

When was the last time a team Orgeron coached on had any real success? Miami from 89-92?
