1. He thought he had made a clean big play, he had no idea that there was a flag thrown at first.
2. After he realized that he had been flagged, he was pissed, he still thought he had made a clean hit due to the half assed 'fair catch' (was it?) signal which he may not have even seen.
3. Yes, he overreacted to getting ejected (which was an overreaction by the officials as well).
All of this has already been hashed out ad nauseum. Opposing fans will label him a thug, just like I will one of yours. Football is a violent, fast paced collision sport. shite happens.
