I think he made some dumb decisions with his staff but he isn't the only one to ever do that. I would see if he fires his Cajun buddies and tells old farts like Jenkins to kick rocks before throwing in the towel.

The biggest mistake last night was the constant refusal of blitzing A&M...Mond had way too much time. Four man fronts all game long. Needed to bring the house. After Monds knee was down, A&M still had something like 14-15 yds to make a first down and sure enough LSU let him sit in the pocket and kill them.

The another side to defensive woes was the ability of A&M to constantly seal the ends with blocks and prevent tacklers from stopping Mond's or William's runs. It killed LSU.
