People predicting a losing season and only one SEC win for AU will be disappointed. We will beat both Miss teams. We will also win 1 out of UGA, LSU, A&M. I think we play TN as well. Good chance of winning that too. I know we were hot garbage last year but at most positions, talent was not our issue. I predict 3 SEC wins. 7-5.
8-5 after the bowl.
Gus actually has the ability to out-scheme and out-coach people.

so you're going to beat MSU, OM, and one of UGA/LSU/A&M

but NOT Tennessee.

I doubt you beat Ole Miss. Freeze > Gus, they return a LOT on defense and add a lot of really good players to contribute.

UGA - Maybe, I don't see it, that O is gonna be really good, can your D keep up?

LSU - at Death Valley? Don't see it.

A&M - Maybe if Jake Matthews, Mike Evans, and JFF all got suspended for the game...maybe.

I had you having a good year last year, hell you should have. 8 win team with a lot returning? The ball was in your court, but Chizik fricked it up. It's gonna take another year or two for you guys to get back on track, in my opinion.

Probably talking about how we'd still go all the way, because we would.

TN has not beat us since the 90's. Sometimes math gets even on you.

First of all, saying Freeze is better than Gus is laughable.
Secondly, i agree it will take a year or 2 to get on track but 7-5 is not "on track". We will not have a losing season this year.

Oh is it? Because Freeze just brought in a great recruiting class, and turned Ole Miss from the worst team in the SEC to a legitimate threat. What has Gus done to be proven as a better coach than Freeze? Freeze coached in the SEC last year, so whatever Arkansas State's record was doesn't make him better.

We've only played 5 times since the 90s. You won those, but we took the 4 before that. And we got hosed on the calls in the 2004 SECCG to keep Auburn undefeated - and give them a third place finish. It's a very close series, and it'll stay that way.

TN has not beat us since the 90's. Sometimes math gets even on you.

Saban would have the schedule changed...he would be on ESPN crying. They would never make a hard schedule for Bama anyway so no worry..carry on.
Oh and how do you get your big head thru your door? Just wondering.......

Vandy might be a little to high to me, but everything else I pretty much agree.

No, but now you sound butthurt.

You're a disgrace to the LSU fanbase.

Um, what? LOL. In 2009 people ranked our schedule as the toughest after the season was over, and we went 14-0, and then the next year with a VERY young team and a tough schedule we went 10-3 and two of our losses went down to the wire.

Yep, you're insanely butthurt, the good LSU posters like LSUNV and company deserve better representation than you.

...that is a laughable statement itself. if anything, the book is out on gus, not freeze. freeze has proven he can coach in the sec, gus was at arkansas state as a first year head coach, and yes he had a good season, but he also had taken over a very experienced and mature team there.

freeze has top tier coaching skills, and is an excellent recruiter. he will move upwards after ole miss.

last season was no fluke for freeze... just as with arkansas, houston nutt had left a dry cupboard at ole miss, and freeze made a very competitive team out of the players he had. his recruiting class this season is legit, and is definitely nothing to sneeze at.

Yeah ... about as loud as Saban did when he had to play five teams in 2010 who had the week off before they played Bama.

You know the deal.
