I think Fitz is a dangerous QB. A couple of breaks for MSU and I think Merlin could get a game plan that would lead to an MSU win.

He is, BY FAR, the best at handicapping games that ESPN has to offer. He got the championship game AND the winner correct in pre season last year. From what I've seen, he has been right more than wrong as far as his handicapping skills go. Yeah, totally clueless on the Miles to Michigan "done deal" story though.

As far as SEC handicapping goes, Danny Sheridan is light years ahead of everyone. When this guy speaks, I listen (yeah, he went to Bama).

Honestly, I feel a lot better with this poster loving on miss state. In case you don't know, he is a "special" Lsu fan. I think he is probably 12-14 years old. He does have a lot of respect for state beating tech last weekend..the same tech that is a 7 point dog to Western Michigan this weekend. No disrespect to state at all, honestly, and if they play great they could upset Lsu, but having this kid on your side is peej like.

He may get the top few right, but last year he picked Lsu to win 3 of the 4 they lost, and picked Lsu to lose 2-3 that they won. He also picked Lsu for the playoffs last few years.

He may be right, game is on the road and Lsu only 8 point favorite, but he acts like miles is still coaching. I think a lot of people will be surprised Saturday if state does in fact stack the box. Jmo

Gameday crew will do the most outrageous things for ratings. He get's it right all the time. Don't be surprised if this becomes a theme leading up the game. They usually repeat one another all week and all Saturday morning hoping to be "the guy who told you so".

I try not to watch any of those college shows anymore. They run out of things to talk about and start spewing whatever.

In all seriousness I think Msu is legit.. I've always thought Mullen is a very good coach and just needed a strong defensive mind at D.C. He's got that now

Get off you knees bitch and wipe that face shot off....absolutely pitiful!

Take it easy on him. He is a young kid. He doesn't realize you need a TEAM full of talent, not just a few players, to be an elite team/program.

No, IIRC his final 4 were Bama, FSU, Michigan State, Oklahoma.

His track record is kind of crappy.

Herbstreit runs with emotion. Not so bad when you're working for eHarmony but not so good when you're predicting football outcomes.

Herbstreit usually is wrong when it comes to the corndogs. I am pretty sure he picked you to go to the college football playoff last year, and you didn't come close
