Ingram won the award on 1542 yards and 18 TDs. Gerhart had 1736 yards and 26 TDs. Stats did not matter to the voters
Actually, Ingram had more YPC, which is the most important stat with RBs

I love seeing Henry when he breaks the long runs he is a great rb and I would love to see him win the Heisman I am also a realist Fournette is the best rb and player in college football Roll Tide

I haven't read much of this thread. How have people been spinning Henry's performance against ULM as a positive? I imagine that somehow, some way, his 50 or whatever against a shite team is good, and Fournette's 35 against a great team is the end of his campaign.

so fournette is running behind a worse OL and has put up better stats in less games?

sounds like a clear choice to me. unless we want a mark ingram repeat.

LF7 was just frustrated out there. I bet he kicks it up in high gear against the lesser opponents left on the schedule

Wait so now LSU's Oline isn't the GOAT?

I'm so lost. They were so good against Eastern Massivedicks University.

No one is spinning it as a positive. We are saying that game is irrelevant. If he'd gotten 30 carries and gained 210 yards people would have discounted that it was against ULM.

He got like 12 carries and didn't play much b/c it was against a team that Bama beat 34-0 and he'd been sick much of the week. He probably just shouldn't have played.
