I've heard of umps kicking guys out of games for cussing out the home plate ump.
Rare but it has happened.

more about his tone and tenacity.. some people just sound funny and voice carries over everybody else. lotta movie quotes, found some quirks (son shakes pitches like crazy and will throw to first 3 x's on a 240 lb catcher etc). Kid did his homework tho.. must've hit up facebook/social media before the game. he was a college student as well.

I was watching documentaries just last night on Larry Bird's trash talking legend.. I've always gotten a kick outta the mental side of sports. Bird was probably the GOAT trasher especially given style and "the moment" points.

Ive been sitting in right field at the box this weekend and these dudes were pretty funny. The Texas Southern right fielder guy smiled and went along with it which was hilarious.

So, you are going to tell the fans to be quiet like professional golf???

Yeah, some are really annoying, but hard to stop it unless it gets out of line.

Am I the only one that hate these frickers? I'm talking about some shithead in the stands screaming at the Umps and the opposing players, the whole fricking game.

I have two loudmouths in section 99 that I've been having to suffer through this entire regional. One bitches about every call that he thinks is wrong.

The other guy is a know it all that never shuts up the entire game. Naturally, he talks loud enough so he covers a wide area.

I love dogs so much more than people.

Two loudmouths in section 99. What did they look like? I'm in that same section. Are they both Razorback fans? If so then neither is me!!!

One thing I wanted to yell was to tell ORU's bullpen that the fire marshal said they were over capacity.

Never seen a team put that many players in the bullpen at one time.

Nothing wrong with a little bit of heckling. But there's always that one guy that takes it too far.

This is one of the reasons that base runners wear those hand mittens. Yeah, it keeps you from jamming your fingers when sliding...but it also allows you to flip off hecklers undetected.

There was a guy probably in his 50's sitting behind us at the LSU game tonight he proceeded to stand up and scream "China man's arse China man's arse what comes out of a China man's arse? Rice" There was an awkward silence for a good 5 seconds after he said it.

Did anybody hear the Houston guy during the Houston-Iowa game tonight screaming, "You don't have to be lonely... at farmers only.com" at the Iowa batters? It was fairly audible through the TV-camera's mic. I only watched the 8th inning, so I'm not sure if he had other material or just kept yelling this same phrase over and over.

I chuckled a bit.

The guy has been there all series just being loud and irritating. That was the only decent heckle he had in three days.....especially against Iowa.......then he proceeded to repeat it every inning.

His "ball four" chant appears to be copied from another school that uses a similar, yet creative, heckle.

Long Beach State is always good too. They are creative and funny.

If you are just being loud and irritating, go home.

college kids messing with the outfielders is fine. An adult sitting behind the plate talking shite is kinda embarrassing

This. Sitting near the right field at Alex Box can be entertaining as long as they don't go "over the line". You better have your security settings up to date on social media in the weeks leading up to being a right fielder . And you can't really tell what's going on if you aren't in that immediate area. It doesn't take over the game or really make it on to TV.

But adults making a scene is absurd. I remember a high school game where parents were disgusting. We sucked, but were somehow leading a nationally ranked team with 2 innings to go. Their parents were screaming how they needed to kick our arse, how we sucked and were nobodies, etc.. We did end up losing. It sucked to lose, it sucked to lose to a team like that when we were so close.....but the hardest part of losing was not having a victory to shove in the face of those shitty fans. Crappy fans like that stick with me to this day. I've got plenty of memories at sporting events like that. A lot of them are LSU fans too, so I'm not pretending like it doesn't happen everywhere.

The Vandy dude is the absolute worst.

I swear I could hear him on my balcony a few blocks away during games.
