It's a long season. This weekend was choppy water at best.

I know this. Most LSU fans know this. It was Hawg fans coming here with their sweep shite. Predicting a sweep and being 0-2 serves them right.

I know right, how dare some of us claim that we were good enough to sweep the almighty lsu even though we had looked like the better baseball team for most of the season.

Funny, Stanek had more Ks.

Not that it mattered in the end.

Gausman had 12 on Friday against Arky, so his point is justified. Arky might be able to hit, but we have 2 1st round draft pick pitchers as our Friday and Sat. starters. Some of the best starting pitching in the country, you won't see that too often.

Yes we will. We play in the SEC where the LSU pitching staff is probably a solid third place in the conference.

Our Friday and Saturday starters are as good as it gets. The MLB draft seems to agree if you know anything about baseball. I also made sure to say our starting pitching, our relief pitching has some work to do, but has been coming along. Nobody in this conference has two 1st round draft pick starting pitchers. Arky has 1, please name another school that has 2?

Although their best guy Randall is good, I have not seen one mock draft where he is a first rounder. He was last drafted in the 46th round in 2009. He will definitely not be a 46 rounder in the next draft, but 1st rounder, no.

In a few years we are going to look back on this team and say they had 3 first round guys in the rotation and a guy who hit almost .500, but still didn't get to Omaha.

Well I'll take florida's pitching accomplishments in college over LSU's mediocre season so far.

You do that bro, but the fact still remains we have the best starting pitching in the conference, thanks for playing.

How would you describe Arkansas' season since they are identical outside of the fact LSU took the series from Arkansas?
