Well I've had it up for hours and I'm still on the list. So who can blame him, if you Gumptards are too stupid to update the list accurately.

Yeah I "accidently" made a tornado reference last year and got banned. But I apologized before and changed my sig as soon as I got back. But not even a point on getting mad on this one it was over before it started.

Can't answer the first question, but as for the second, when a poster is banned, their avatar and sig don't show up.

Ok, I didn't know that. I did see that he changed to the sig pic before he supposedly got banned. So I guess I can move his name back to the honorable list, under a probational status until he gets out of his suspension so that we can verify that he indeed plans on keeping the sig pic.
