Has there ever been a worse lineup of games than this weekend?

It’s absolutely awful.

I guess there could be a huge upset somewhere, but it mostly looks boring.

Mississippi State vs. NC State is a great matchup. Gonna be a great crowd for a 6:00 kickoff. Especially considering both team recently being in Omaha. I expect a lot of Pack fans. Quite a bit of hospitality shared between these two fanbases.

Need to force P5 teams to stop playing nobodies. Until then nothing changes.

There is literally no good excuse for teams like Alabama to be playing Mercer any week of the year.

But I think this weekends lineup is pretty decent -

Oregon vs OSU
Iowa vs Iowa State
Mizzou vs Kentucky
Texas vs Arkansas
The Holy War
Your team’s game

… is a decent line up.

I think USC vs ECU, Pitt vs Tenner, A&M vs Colorado, Air Force vs Navy, NCSU vs MSU, Washington vs Michigan, and Stanford vs USC are games worth flipping to occasionally to as well.

Washington-Michigan should have been the big game of the weekend.

But Washington ruined that.

There are a few interesting games. Hogs and sips, Kentucky and Mizzou, Oregon and Ohio State, Vols and Pitt. Then the Holy War to close the night. I’ll be watching all day.

This. TX / Hogs is the one I’m looking forward to watching the most.

Below average, but not close to the worst.

Plus I’ll be really interested in how UF, Miami, and UGA look against their opponents.

Yeah this guy is nuts, this is no where near the worst lineup. Especially considering it’s only week 2 and we’ve been without football for months.

I’ll be keeping an eye on Texas vs Ark, NCSU vs State and ECU vs USC.

ETA: And it’s a long shot but Oregon could always upset OSU and shake up playoff picture.

Accept your downvote OP. Dumb question.

There's 1 weekend a year that gets this thread every year. At least it's football on Thursdays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays.

Quite cute to see Kentucky fans be so overconfident after beating an 0-10 program.

This Bama game with Mercer is worrisome in that it does nothing for Bama except expose the players to injury. I’ve never forgotten that Western Carolina game from a few years ago when several key players got dinged up.
