I couldn't tell you the division champs of the last decade who didn't win the SEC championship. It is a great that you beat out your competitors to make it to Atlanta, but no one remembers you.
ETA: I do remember UGA failing at the goaline, so I am a liar.

Funny how UGA is one of the fan bases that gives us the most shite about getting blown out yet they've been blown out twice too. I know, UGA won two SECCG. This is only Mizzou's 4th year in the league.

How long really doesn't matter to the point you were trying to make.
If you want respect, beat a strong sec team and don't get embarrassed in the seccg. Mizzou has done none of that in the sec.

I guess beating Georgia at Georgia counts for nothing.
Or going into Ole Piss and knocking them off don't. Or taking down a Arkansas team that just shut out two straight Top 25 opponents in LSU or Ole Piss. Or beating Johnny Manziel/Mike Evans.
Every team we have ever played in the SEC has sucked.

Mizzou fans are quickly becoming the most annoying attention seekers I've ever seen. I swear whenever I see a Mizzou fan they are talking about how they don't get enough respect. Even if you were to win another East title, people will just say you had the most favorable schedule of the East contenders, and then proceed to write you off again after losing another SECCG. This will be Mizzou fans cue to start whining once again because -sniff sniff- YOU ARENT GETTING THE RESPECT YOU DESERVEEEEE :((((( How about you do everyone a favor and get over it

I could totally see it happening (speaking to The Tide Rises). They could very well end up winning the division for the 3rd straight year, and win their 4th in a row over UT, yet everyone will once again be exposed to these babies incessant cries "WE GET NO RESPECT! SOMEONE PLEASE HALP, WE NEED VALIDATION FROM EVERYONE ALL THE TIME!1"
Honestly I'm new here so I'm trying not to be a dick, obviously it's not all their fans, maybe not even most, but it is who speaks the loudest and I see and hear this from Mizzou people everywhere I go... Maybe you can relate it to the unwarranted hype UT gets in the preseason almost annually in that it gets old fast.
