Arky is smart. They just dominate the long distance events and compete in the others. LSU just wins sprints, but odds and consistency are more likely in distance events.

The "puss conference" always played a full conference schedule in football. Something the SEC didn't do until the late 1980's and early 1990's.

It is part of our history. Sorry to burst your bubble. Arkansas mens track has won 80%+ of the available track conference titles since we joined the league.
