I think the real measure of man is how he improves those around him.

Bert has improved the record of those teams around him more so than any SEC coach has in their first year.

I will agree that he has gotten a lot of attention since he arrived in Fayetteville. Compare him to other SEC coaches with comparable records, and you will recognize how much attention he as garnered.

Bert - In the league 1 year...already he is known for:
1). Looking like a bloated butthead.
2). Being Fat.
3). Success in another league due to other team's sanctions.

The only other SEC HC I could find with zero SEC wins would be Mike Price...known for:
1). Improper use of the Bama credit card.
2). Much too trusting of strippers/hookers.
3). Success in another league due to the conference being down.

Bert wins.

Yep, no one has won less, ate more, and said as many stupid things in one year, ever, in SEC history.
If he is the future of the SEC, then we are in trouble

Yes.

He is the center of attention.

Just like miley cyrus.

Does not translate into success. Just fun to watch the carnage.

He's made splashes nationally with his vocal stance on the HUNH. His appearance alone draws the attention of thousands. Like it or not, this exposure is only helping his cause. Kids see him in articles/on tv and become interested in what it would be like to play for him.
Just because kids see him on TV doesn't mean they want to play for him. Alot of big coaches are on TV getting talked about for winning. He is only on TV for making excuses for why he loses or crying about Auburn. Kids can tell he isn't on for good reasons.

Winless in conference last season and still currently signing a top 15 recruiting class?
Only class Bert has signed was 30th. Being 15 right now doesn't mean anything. Most of the commits are from Arky and likely were going there no matter what but he has about tapped the state out. He already has 2 of the states 4 4* players committed.

Its awesome when you constantly prove me right. At least you didn't have to edit like normal.

Plus: We in your mind sucka....bwaaaaahahaha

People either hate or love Bert. There really is no middle ground.

Most people hate what they fear...

Are you referring to the coach who lost 100% of his conference games in his first year in the SEC???

Wrong. He's irrelevant to me.

He's just the most recent future former Arkansas football coach.
