I'll never understand this idea. If a Florida fan were to say Haith is underachieving you would agree, yet when a USC fan says something it isn't true?

Pretty sure I disagreed with Gcockboi on his statement about Haith. I think he will improve the team over time. Unlike Martin.

I take it by this response that Georgia has no team ranked in the top 5 or even 10 right now. Good to know

Not sure. Didn't look up current rankings of all sports.

Will USCe ever be relevant in anything besides baseball and equestrian?

I disagree, but I would rather have Haith over Martin.

Haith reminds me of an older more animated version of Stanley Heath.

With all three mediocrity is the limit, but with Marin you get a douchebag coaching when not moonlighting on the jersey shore.

Depends on what you consider relevant. If we're going by championships then maybe. Football finished #4. Women's basketball is also number 4 right now and could grab a #1 seed in the tourney.

Georgia hasn't been relevant, in terms of championships, since 1980.

Georgia has finished top 7 in the BCS 5 times since '02 compared to one time for USCe. If that is your barometer for relevant then Georgia is much more relevant than USCe.

This team is why I can't watch a lot of college basketball. Teams with talent get screwed by coaches who are terrible. The tournament is the only good part of the season that I will watch. shite the only coach I can think of that has talent and doesn't use it is Huston Nutts bro Dickie!

Top 7? Top 10 it is 3 times for us.

So now we have a hog knighting for a bulldog who was originally knighting for a tiger. All hail tSEC, right?!

Why are you comparing Martin to Haith ITT? The 2 situations could hardly be any less similar. I remember Mizzou having an elite basketball team just a few years ago and they were expected to be a top team in the SEC as soon as they joined the conference.

I also see the majority of Mizzou posters on here are pissed at Haith and have lost patience with him. They are not trying to dispute any of the comments, but you turned this into a typical rant thread...we have plenty of those.

Mizzou fans, honest question.

You can have Martin or Haith the next 2 years...who ya got.

Haith.
If we had Martin, it would take more time to get rid of him.
