While Auburn hasn't beaten Alabama since 1979, the two of the last three meetings on the plains came down to the last routine... In 2012, Defending champion Bama coming to town shattered Auburn Arena's gymnastics attendance record. I keep thinking AU will eventually end the streak but every time they have it in sight Alabama just turns it up a notch and escapes.

Wait...Auburn finally agreed to resume the home/home each season again?

Yes, the previous coaching staff turned chicken when it was obvious in 3 meets, Alabama would achieve their 100th CONSECUTIVE victory over Auburn in Coleman Coliseum.

Alabama used to have a home-and-home with Georgia, but coaches Sarah Patterson and Suzanne Yoculan grew to resent each other too much.
