It's my understanding that if Malzahn leaves, Auburn will likely seek out a new OC. Also, don't be surprised if Auburn doesn't hire a spread guy.
Little known, but Auburn switched to the spread after Jay Jacobs met with Tuberville about the state of the defense. They went with an offense that they thought would put up enough points to get by for a while with low defensive numbers.
Anyways, just my insight.

Is there any way to lock the board so all the dumbasses are restricted to only posting in the "As the Plains Burn thread"? Serious question.

It didn't keep Muschamp from becoming a coordinator or the HC at Florida.
Good point but Muschamp never walked around with his hat backwards like a 14 year old either.

Yeah, but Boom is white...therefore, he's not a thug.

Absolutely wouldn't shock me a bit.

I'm in no way saying he's a brilliant OC. I'm just saying he's been taking careful notes from Malzahn for months upon months.
Even though he could have notes on the offense, does he have tact to execute it? Malzahn is a master at gameplanning, that will be really hard to replace...

Of course the top assistant in the country taking a big paying HC job would infer that to a douche such as yourself.
I'm sure that "top assistant in the country" is going to do what nobody else could at Vandy.
What are the douches at the barn going to do without the genius brain power of Gus?
Probably go back to 7-5 and I'm going to enjoy it.

Gus wants off this train before it crashes. Smart man!

the bama conspiracy to kill auburn is all going to plan

Agreed. I'm curious to see what happens if this is all true. Also a bit excited. Chizik knows who to get for Auburn, in that, I'm 100% confident.

No Cam and no Gus. No way Chizik keeps it together

He should have gotten them for Iowa State then...

there's no scenario where auburn DOESN'T hire a spread guy.
