I'm not upset about losing one recruit. I was replying to you after you said you only wanted players who were 100% committed to playing for LSU. That particular player wasn't.

About an average defensive back prospect? Hardly.

Dude Godchaux is almost 20 years old by this point, did not need his mom to sign his LOI. You sound butthurt.

He wasn't a vital recruit, so no. It's just an example to prove he doesn't care if someone is 100% committed to play for LSU or not.

This thread is revealing. Now that lsu looks like they're going to be a decent team this year, the trash talking has been reduced to recruiting whining. Gold, jerry

If you end up signing somewhere and enrolling that is committing 100%

I bet you wish he was at LSU right now.

Are you ignorant? He couldn't even make it at Notre Dame. No, we already have someone to hold the clipboard.

Not really a rumor when he actually called our coaching staff and explained his decision after he told them an hour earlier that he had signed and was waiting on his mom.

Oh, ok.

OK gonna clarify this ONCE AND FOR ALL. Davon ALWAYS was LSU's to lose. His second choice was Florida, Third choice was Florida State. Ole Miss had ABSOLUTELY no chance in this deal. Now as far as his mom not signing any papers, well there was ONE school she said she WOULD NEVER sign papers for him to go.

I commented on this very same subject on the SEC Recruiting Board when all the Ole Miss fans were bashing his mother. The night BEFORE NSD Davon was on the phone trying to sway Kenny Young to join him at LSU. He also talked to Malachi, I know this as fact because he called them on MY PHONE.

He did also call Florida to inform them of his decision to attend LSU, as I always told him, always try to do the right thing in life. Be Respectful, Be Honest, and Be Humble.

Easy. I know he was a pussy for not honoring his commitment but, he would be starting ahead of Jennings easily and you know it.

Henry Jones has demonstrated more than once in this thread that he has no idea what the hell he is talking about. But yeah we are talking about Godchaux and based on his early playing time this season he is way, way above average.

get out of here with that nonsense. he doesn't even look better than harris who is several years younger and isn't even starting for lsu. harris can run circles around kiel and has a cannon. don't get me wrong, kiel looks promising. we'll know more when they play osu.
