So a guy that knows the playbook and has "attended" games and practice, who happens to also be a tremendous play caller who worked with the OC all season wont be able to call plays because he didnt play grab arse at practice?

If they lose it wont be because of sark. I would imagine nick initially hired him so no one else could have him. Similar to qb recruiting.
